Saturday morning Karma Yoga with Nicky & Michelle

Keep an eye on our website and on Facebook to see if Saturday’s Class is on at “The Grounding Point.” This is a Karma Class (FREE) for EVERYbody! To ensure that this class is taking place, please contact us through FB messenger, text or call 705 493 0692. Class participants are invited to stay and visit to enjoy the space!
This class will be held outdoors on Saturday’s only at The Grounding Point unless otherwise stated. So please check to make sure it is taking place on the Saturday that you are planning to attend. We will then pass the address along to you so that you can find us and enjoy the experience. Feel free to bring your swimsuit, a snack and stay until 1:30pm and enjoy a quiet time on the lake. Class starts at 9:30am sharp and runs until 11:30am.
This class is based upon your direct needs and the needs of the other yogis in your class.
This class is for beginner or advanced, there will be times when we practice hard and when we truly allow ourselves to bathe in our own presence and tranquility, allowing us to find our “peace of mind.” This is a Yoga Therapy Based approach (Iyengar style), and will assist you to alleviate, stress, anxiety, pain, stiffness, and more. To get the maximum from this class you should be able to get up and down off the floor without assistance and keep in mind to work at your own pace, slowing down when your need to and pushing a little harder when you need to.
It really is, “Your Body, Your Yoga,” and the practice you chose to do is important. There will be a variety of “yoga styles and practices,” combined so that you receive the benefit that you need to balance your body, mind, and soul.
In turn you will receive a whole set of new tools to add into your toolbox, that you will be able to use throughout your day, to keep you balanced, healthy and moving forward.
This class is a class based upon Nicky’s over 25 years of yoga practice and 38,000 hours of instructional experience on the mat. Assisted by Michelle,
