Yoga for EVERYbody – beginner, restorative, round-body with Nicky (90 min)

February 15 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm EST


This class is for both beginner and advanced practitioner. It is a slow moving class that allows you to go at your own pace. Showing modifications and using props. If you have never practiced yoga or haven’t for a while this class is a great starting point. In this class there will be the fundamental use of all elements of hatha yoga, breath, sound, asana (poses) and meditation. Long holds, some yinn practice, as well as yoga therapy, that will help to restore and rejuvenate you and your body. Nicky’s many years on the mat as an instructor, teacher trainer, yoga therapist, life coach and more, has given her the ability to “customize” every class so that it meets the direct needs of those participating. So every class is a little different and offers benefit to whomever shows up on the mat.

Dealing with aches & pains, body consciousness, PTSD, or any other ailments this class is for you. Nicky welcomes you to the mat, with open arms and open heart. Being a self-proclaimed round-body who has practiced yoga for over 28yrs as part of her “recovery to health & wellness”, Nicky can say that her journey on the mat has been one of the best choices for her own well being, in all aspects of her life, body, mind & spirit.

Things you will need: mat, blanket or LRG bath towel, 2 blocks (if you have them), strap, bolster or pillow (2 pillows maybe)
