Bhakti Fusion Fun with Nicky (90min) A fusion of yoga practices for EVERYbody!

A fusion of yoga practices for EVERYbody.
This fun, energetic class fuses a variety of yoga practices together to create a fun, safe cardio, experience for EVERYbody.
Centering the mind, body & spirit, brining the practitioner to the “Seat of the soul.”
During this practice you will experience, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama (breath work) to focus our minds & calm our nervous system, Systemic Practices (Brain / Body activation), Slow Flow (vinyasa, for all levels) to release tension from our bodies, so that we grow stronger and healthier.
Using sound and free movement to allow the nervous system to recalibrate & balance, long hold restorative poses & more.
This class is excellent for those who are wanting to decrease stress & anxiety, chronic pain, wanting to deepen their current yoga practice, learn more about how their body works. The class is a mixture that brings the practitioner from a bit of a “workout” to a cooling down. Excellent for any level of yogi (beginner or experienced) and done at your own pace (even from a chair). Leaving the practitioner feeling rested, relaxed yet energized.
***Note Nicky will have the assistance of either Michelle, or other Teacher Training Students during this class.
A bit more about BHAKTI YOGA: Is the Yoga of Devotion
The Sanskrit word bhakti comes from the root bhaj. Bhakti yoga has been called “love for love’s sake” and “union through love and devotion.”
