About Dharma Breath:
Stress and tension often cause us to hold our breath and repress our feelings. Over time, these accumulated feelings demand increasing amounts of energy to suppress, creating a debt in the vitality we bring to our lives.
ย
Dharma Breathยฎ accesses vast amounts of energy that can be transformed into your desires. Tom Lodge explains, โ€œFocusing on the trauma gives it energy. Understanding the event is not necessary to eliminate its effect.โ€ He references R.D. Laing, who said, โ€œObsession with past events is like a person in a dungeon. The door is open for them to walk out, yet they choose to stay until they can figure out how they got there.โ€
ย
Dharma Breathยฎ provides a practical technique that you can use at home to relieve and manage stress. It encourages you to embrace the present moment and live life to the fullest, as we all deserve.
ย
Feedback from those who have participated in Ayahuasca (Iowaska) ceremonies reveals that Dharma Breathยฎ achieved even more for them personally in terms of expanding their consciousnessโ€”without any side effects. Conscious breathing connects us to our spirit, fostering clarity and peace.

Have you ever noticed the more you try to FORCE outcomes, relationships, feelings, energy, healing, etc. โ€” the farther away you seem to be from the โ€œdesiredโ€ outcome?

In my life, I notice that when I am forcing things and holding tight, it is coming from a deep-seated place of anxiety and fear. Not only does the journey of this feel clunky, angsty, and rigid โ€” the outcome never satisfies either.

However, when I lean into my breathwork practice and other supportive practices that connect me home to my inner peace, inner trust, and inner balance, my fear and my need to control subside. Subsequently, my ability to flow and trust brims with energy; my existence into the flow becomes alive and begins to move with grace into abundance.

Looking forward to breathing with YOU!

An Evening of Kirtan with Shell & Anton

Date: Thursday, July 30, 2026
Time: 7:00 โ€“ 9:00 PM – Music in the Studio / 9:00-10:00 PM Optional mingle tea/refreshmentย

Event Description

Step into a warm, welcoming space and experience the heart-opening practice of Kirtan with Shell & Anton, visiting as part of their Canadian Kirtan Tour.

Kirtan is a simple and joyful form of group meditation that blends live music with call-and-response mantra chanting. No singing experience is neededโ€”just a willingness to listen, repeat, and be part of the shared sound. There is no pressure to perform; we chant to express, not to impress.

Guided by harmonium and percussion, Shell & Anton will lead each mantra at a relaxed, accessible pace. Along the way, theyโ€™ll share short stories and clear explanations so you can connect with the meaning and intention behind the chants.

You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels naturalโ€”singing, listening, moving, or simply soaking in the atmosphere.

Whether you are new to Kirtan or returning to a beloved practice, this evening offers a space to unwind, connect, and experience the calming and uplifting power of chanting together.

Come as you areโ€”your voice and your presence are enough.
