Starting from scratch, maintaining what we have & regain what we may have lost, this is a class for EVERYbody.

Class Intentions: Is to help you become healthier, stronger and re-discover your body, how it works and how to help keep yourself healthy and moving forward. This is Nicky’s signature class with Michelle assisting. Nicky fully believes that “movement is medicine!” We are all unique, some are strong, some are flexible, we come in different sizes, shapes, abilities, and most of us start a yoga practice because we want to feel better, be more balanced and heal. Nicky has designed this class based on her successful recovery from being diagnosed with a multiple illness she has done this practice for over 25years, and it has proven to be successful. No matter what your health concerns are you can do this practice (from mat or chair). The class can be done by EVERYbody, modify the poses, if you need to take a break you can. The most important thing to remember is that once you are in a pose you are doing yoga and providing you find your point of resistance without force you are doing the maximum benefit for your body! Class includes, prana (breath work), yoga asana’s, guided meditation, sound, and savasana.

Things you will need: mat, blanket, or LRG bath towel, 2 blocks (if you have them), strap, bolster, or pillow (2 pillows maybe)
