Our plan is to practice our Asana’s off in the first 35 min! Jump start your day with Sun salutations, move into a Yin Yoga long hold practice primarily for hips and lower backs.
Class intentions: help boost our metabolism (drop a few Covid pounds) and our immune systems as well as: increase cardio, strength, and flexibility. The class will start of slow and then pick up its pace and then move into a long hold yin practice, primarily for hips, shoulders and lower backs.
At 9am you can be at your desk for work or go out and play… but if you want a bit more (highly suggested) stay for the extra 15 min you will be rewarded with restorative yoga poses.
Beginning is stronger but anyone can join in or join in for the yin practice, just make sure you sign in at the early time! **all participants welcome. Our goal is to help you build a strong practice, get healthier and feel better, body, mind, and soul!
Things you will need: mat, 2 to 3 blankets, or 3 LRG bath towels, 2 blocks (if you have them), strap, bolster, or pillow (2 pillows maybe)
