Our plan is to practice our Asana’s off in the first 35 min! Jump start your day with Sun salutations, and long holds poses (asana)!
Class intentions: help boost our metabolism (drop a few Covid pounds) and our immune systems as well as: increase cardio, strength, and flexibility. The class will start of slow and then pick up its pace and then slow down again so that we can nurture ourselves allowing our souls, body and mind. The first hour ends with breath and a restorative pose.
At 9am you can be at your desk for work or go out and play… but if you want a bit more (highly suggested) stay with us for the next half hour and get even more!
This is a stronger practice than our usual classes, but we are going to break down for everybody! So even a beginner can join in. Our goal is to help you build a strong practice, get healthier and feel better, body, mind, and soul!
Things you will need: mat, blanket, or LRG bath towel, 2 blocks (if you have them), strap, bolster or pillow (2 pillows maybe)
