It’s Saturday morning, wear your pyjamas and get ready to move slowly into your day.
Class Intention: To Start your day off with some long hold and breath work to really let go of the week. Join Nicky and Michelle for this slow yin yoga that focuses on lower backs, hips, and shoulder releases. This is a gentle class for everyone, we are not even getting off the floor. At the end we will finish guided meditation, some love and of course always a little sounding at the end. This is a great way to start your day.
Things you will need: mat, 2-3 blankets or LRG bath towel, 2 blocks (if you have them), strap, bolster or pillow (2 pillows maybe)
