Happy hump day, here is a class to get you over the “hump” burn off some of that extra stress, give you a good night’s sleep and ready for the rest of your week!
Class Intentions: Great for everyBODY but adding a little bit of yin and yang to it. This class starts out with breath work, and a slow yin yoga practice, then moves into a quicker yang yoga flow, then back to a slow yin practice. Focusing on strength and restoration offering you a good night sleep so that you can rest and heal. You will also be building strength & flexibility, while relieving some of those aches and pains. We will finish off the class with a restorative pose, a reading from Linda and a guided meditation from Nicky. With some sounding at the end, it really is a fabulous way to end your day and recharge for the rest of your week.
Things you will need: mat, 2-3 blankets or LRG bath towels, 2 blocks (if you have them), strap, 2 bolsters or 2 pillows (2 pillows maybe)
