Right down to the basics, lets go through the whys and how’s.

Class Intentions: Gentle basic practice for beginners or a great refresher for those with a practice. Learn the basics of each asana (pose), and what works for your body. Taking proper proposed alignment into account and working it into how our body works. Learn self alignment and the theory behind the asana, how it works for your body and tips and techniques to get deeper into our practice. This will help you start a home practice safely is a great gentle way to learn how to put it all together. If you wish we will have all cameras on and you will have an opportunity to ask questions and get answers.

Things you will need: mat, blanket or LRG bath towel, 2 blocks (if you have them), strap, bolster or pillow (2 pillows maybe)
