DESCRIPTION:Ecstatic Dance and Potluck\nFriday November 7th: Dance 6 – 7 PM\, Potluck 7-8:30PM\n\nCome join us to dance and/or to eat! Ecstatic Dance is a “letting go” form of dance which is done substances free\, generally without talking\, and listening to a variety of music. Any engagement including sitting\, lying down\, or any form of dance is allowed\, with the caveat that there is always respect other peoples expression and space. \n\nNo Prior Experience required! We will start with a brief explanation about Ecstatic Dance and its role in self expression and somatic processing. \nPot Luck: Bring whatever you want to share with the group.
