Living Forward Through Cancer

LIVING FORWARD THROUGH CANCER
A supportive six-week program for women at any stage of the cancer experience.
THURSDAYS | OCTOBER 8 – NOVEMBER 12, 2026 | 5:30 – 7:30 P.M.
A PLACE TO CONNECT – A six-week facilitated program bringing together practical support, reflective and creative expression, meaningful conversation, and mind-body resilience.
Each two-hour session offers space to connect, reflect, learn from one another, and explore supportive practices.
OUR SIX-SESSION JOURNEY
1. Uncertainty & waiting – navigating hope and fear
2. Diagnosis – finding your footing and your support team
3. A plan emerges – self-agency and asking for what you need
4. Treatment – making space for the good, bad and ugly
5. Treatment ends – why doesn’t ‘finished’ feel finished?
6. Living after – identity, meaning and what matters now
WHO WOULD BENEFIT? – Anyone who wants to feel supported, heard, and less alone – whether newly diagnosed, receiving treatment, recovering, living with advanced or terminal cancer, or living beyond treatment.
COME AS YOU ARE – Beyond committing to the six weeks, there are no expectations. Engage – or simply listen. Share – or keep your experience private. Find a tribe, one meaningful connection, or simply spend time with people who understand.
