Help Ohana, support our community and help us grow!Â
At Ohana, our mission is simple: to create a healthy, sustainable, vital community, through support — both within our space and beyond.
We offer free and donation-based classes, with contributions helping those in need physically, mentally, and spiritually. Over the years, we’ve built wellness programs, festivals, and fundraisers, while volunteering in hospitals, food banks, rehabilitation centres, children’s aid, and senior residences.
For us, yoga is more than postures—it’s a way of life. Guided by the Yamas, we practice:
Ahimsa: nonviolence & self-love
Satya: truthfulness & mindful silence
Asteya: honesty with time & resources
Brahmacharya: wise use of energy
Aparigraha: gratitude & contentment
Community support takes many forms—time, knowledge, or financial contributions. The greatest gift is time: volunteering, exchanging services, or helping with outreach projects like food and clothing drives. Monetary support also funds class passes and services for those facing hardship.
You can also help Ohana grow through projects like maintenance, an art therapy room, or a community garden.
It takes a village to build community. We welcome you to join us.
