A Painting Workshop: Warrior One

A Three-Day Creative Journey with Margie Bettiol

The Warrior Workshop One is an opportunity to strengthen each of our individual characteristics of the feminine warrior archetype. As we strengthen ourselves in this way, we are better able to manage daily pressures, to provide support to others & gain balance.

The workshop includes:

• Painting – Guided Meditation – Breathwork – Journaling – Drum Journey
• Bring Your Own Canvas (minimum size 18” x 24”)
• Bring your own lunch (snacks, fruit & tea will be provided)
