Amy Freeman is a Registered Social Service Worker with a BA (Hons) in Psychology and over eight years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. She is the founder of Holding Hope: A Safe Space for Healing, a practice grounded in compassion, connection, and meaningful change.
She believes that healing begins in a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Amy’s approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, allowing her to tailor therapy to each person’s unique experiences and goals. She works collaboratively with clients to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and foster emotional well-being.
Amy offers Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, and EMDR Therapy. Whether you are working through past trauma, relationship difficulties, or personal growth, she is here to support you at your own pace, with care and understanding.
