Ariel Fava is a Registered Massage Therapist who is thrilled to join Ohana Health and Wellness Centre.

She comes to us with a wealth of experience and compassion for massage therapy, specializing in prenatal, postnatal, infant massage, MVAs, concussions, migraines, and TMJD.

With over 12 years of experience in the Canadian Armed Forces, Ariel has a profound understanding of the complexities faced by veterans. Her experience in the army has helped guide her passion for helping others both physically and mentally, in a judgment-free, positive, and healing space.

With vast knowledge in anatomy, physiology, pregnancy and postnatal care, the mind-body connection, and breathwork, Ariel is excited to become a part of Ohana’s growing community.
