Charly Rickwood

 
Charly has been a group fitness instructor and personal trainer for the past several years, specializing in High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and resistance training. Charly has worked with individuals of all ages and enjoys the opportunity to help people improve their physical and mental health. Charly has an educational background in Fitness and Health Promotion, holds a Bachelor of Physical Education, and is currently enrolled in teachers college.
 
Her classes will focus on elevating the heart rate while simultaneously burning fat and building muscle. The session will conclude with a cooldown and guided meditation to lower the heart rate and promote a mind-body connection, helping participants start their day feeling energized and balanced.
