Led by Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and private chef Nikoline Calcaterra, this series brings together gut health education, hands-on cooking, community connection, and deeply satisfying meals made from simple, accessible ingredients.
Grounded in science and shaped by Nikolineās classical and intuitive culinary training, each session guides participants through a different foundational piece of gut-supportive cooking, while keeping every recipe doable, flavourful, and rooted in real-life home cooking.
