Shawna Mitchell 

Shawna is a long time Callander resident who has been attending Ohana for many years. Not new to yoga, Shawna is expanding her love of yoga to becoming an instructor. Over the years Shawna has completed her Kids Yoga Certification, Yoga Anatomy, Yoga History, Suspended Yoga & more. Shawna will be offering a unique class that blends her passion for Yoga and Pilates along with weight training and suspended yoga.
This will be a unique class that focuses on fitness and personal growth. Shawna is also a mom and is a teacher with the Near North District School Board. Shawna can also book special events such birthday parties for kids or adults along with events such as bachelorette parties, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day groups etc…
Suspended yoga is a fun way to start your new fitness challenge this year. This class combines elements of yoga challenge, inversion, pilates, strength training, and mindfulness. There is something for everyone! Kids over 10 years of age are welcome!
We can also book special events for your sports team, parties of all kinds, and team-building/mindfulness workshops.
