I’d Love to Start the Day With You!

A simple hour that can change the direction of your day.

For the past few years, I’ve followed a simple daily practice that has changed my life — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I am not saying I’m perfect — matter of fact, far from it. Life’s changes can bring us way out of our wheelhouse and shake us up.

What I can say is this: when I am consistent with loving myself, de-escalating my stress, and following a practice, I see and feel the differences. This is a complementary practice for life. It is slow, playful, fun, and allows our brain and nervous systems to reset. We don’t have to beat ourselves into submission to create change. Matter of fact, especially as we age, building a slower, mindful practice based on body, mind, and purpose makes a huge difference.

This practice has helped me through my own journey with PTSD, grief, anxiety, and the changes that life throws at you. This is not a yoga class. It is a combination of techniques and tools that I have learned over the years, combined into a protocol. I want to share this with you freely.

It works if you just do it once. It works better when you do it more often, and it works best when you choose to do it daily.

This practice has helped me:

  • regulate stress and anxiety
  • reconnect with my body
  • improve my energy and focus
  • release weight and inflammation
  • deepen my sense of purpose
  • start my day with clarity

Life ebbs and flows, moving us in and out of experiences and emotions. We can choose to hold on, or truly open our hands and trust that we are exactly where we are supposed to be.

I’m inviting anyone who is curious to join me for the next four weeks as we practice it together.

Each day we’ll explore a simple one-hour practice:

  • 20 minutes breath & meditation
  • 20 minutes yoga & somatic movement
  • 20 minutes positive reflection & sharing

Reset your body, calm your nervous system, and focus your mind before the day fully begins in a community of health and wellness.

No need to register, just drop in!

Community invitation — all are welcome, no experience needed.
