About Dharma Breath:
Stress and tension often cause us to hold our breath and repress our feelings. Over time, these accumulated feelings demand increasing amounts of energy to suppress, creating a debt in the vitality we bring to our lives.

Dharma Breath® accesses vast amounts of energy that can be transformed into your desires. Tom Lodge explains, “Focusing on the trauma gives it energy. Understanding the event is not necessary to eliminate its effect.” He references R.D. Laing, who said, “Obsession with past events is like a person in a dungeon. The door is open for them to walk out, yet they choose to stay until they can figure out how they got there.”

Dharma Breath® provides a practical technique that you can use at home to relieve and manage stress. It encourages you to embrace the present moment and live life to the fullest, as we all deserve.

Feedback from those who have participated in Ayahuasca (Iowaska) ceremonies reveals that Dharma Breath® achieved even more for them personally in terms of expanding their consciousness—without any side effects. Conscious breathing connects us to our spirit, fostering clarity and peace.

Jacqui Tracy, a Registered Master of Dharma Breath®, brings over three decades of experience to this transformative practice. She is dedicated to sharing her wisdom and insights, nurturing growth in students of all ages.

Where doing nothing is the point.

with Linda Schnabel & Melanie Gainforth

Time: 10:00am to 11:30am
Dates: May 3 and May 31

Have you ever noticed the more you try to FORCE outcomes, relationships, feelings, energy, healing, etc. — the farther away you seem to be from the “desired” outcome?

In my life, I notice that when I am forcing things and holding tight, it is coming from a deep-seated place of anxiety and fear. Not only does the journey of this feel clunky, angsty, and rigid — the outcome never satisfies either.

However, when I lean into my breathwork practice and other supportive practices that connect me home to my inner peace, inner trust, and inner balance, my fear and my need to control subside. Subsequently, my ability to flow and trust brims with energy; my existence into the flow becomes alive and begins to move with grace into abundance.

Looking forward to breathing with YOU!

Grounded Dads

with Clint Gore and Nathan Sagle

Starts Tuesday, March 25
Weekly for 6 weeks – if interested can contact even after program started

We guide men through a six-week journey that includes mindfulness, breathwork and meditation, walking conversations, fitness, yoga, reflection, and shared experience. The goal isn’t transformation overnight—it’s creating space, awareness, and connection that lasts long after the program ends.

And then, at the very end, we ask them to step completely out of their comfort zone. A cold plunge. Not as a test of toughness, but as a practice in presence—learning to breathe, stay calm, and choose awareness when everything in the body wants to resist. It’s a reminder that growth doesn’t come from avoiding discomfort, but from meeting it with intention.
