Stress and tension often cause us to hold our breath and repress our feelings. Over time, these accumulated feelings demand increasing amounts of energy to suppress, creating a debt in the vitality we bring to our lives.
Dharma Breathยฎ accesses vast amounts of energy that can be transformed into your desires. Tom Lodge explains, โFocusing on the trauma gives it energy. Understanding the event is not necessary to eliminate its effect.โ He references R.D. Laing, who said, โObsession with past events is like a person in a dungeon. The door is open for them to walk out, yet they choose to stay until they can figure out how they got there.โ
Dharma Breathยฎ provides a practical technique that you can use at home to relieve and manage stress. It encourages you to embrace the present moment and live life to the fullest, as we all deserve.
Feedback from those who have participated in Ayahuasca (Iowaska) ceremonies reveals that Dharma Breathยฎ achieved even more for them personally in terms of expanding their consciousnessโwithout any side effects. Conscious breathing connects us to our spirit, fostering clarity and peace.
